I have placed an order, when can I expect delivery?
We have a standard 24-48 hour delivery, if you order before 1500, we will be able to dispatch your order the same day.
If I order more than one item, will they be shipped in one consignment?
Not always, we often ship goods directly from manufacturers if were out of stock, this often will speed up delivery time, if you have any shortages please feel free to phone one of our helpful sales team.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to anywhere within the UK.
How much will my delivery cost?
On orders under £150, we have a standard £10 carriage, but on some occasion's delivery may be calculated by the weight, if there is an additional carriage we will phone to let you know before any goods are dispatched.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
Deliveries can be made any time during the working day, because deliveries are made through third party carriers which are out of our control, we cannot guarantee specific deliver times.
What happens if I'm out when the carrier tries to deliver?
If for any reason you were unable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a delivery card with consignment details, so you can arrange directly with courier to have your delivery collected from there depot, or have them re-delivered.
What happens if I place an order, and there's an item which is out of stock?
If you place an order, and for some reason one of the item's is out of stock, we will contact you to find out if you would like your order part shipped or not.
What happens if I receive my delivery, and it is damaged?
You should always inspect the parcel before signing for receipt of goods, if the parcel is damaged you should sign for the parcel “return to sender” and refuse to accept delivery, and contact us straight away.
What happens if I've been sent the wrong item?
When you receive a delivery you should check all the items are correct, if you have been sent any incorrect item's, email us immediately so we can arrange collection, and re-delivery.
Shortages
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels that are shown on the carriers delivery consignment note, if you are unsure how many there should be, ask the delivery driver, and inform us straight away by email if there are any shortages
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit, unless we are notified within 10 day's from expected delivery date
Can I have my delivery sent to an address which is different to where my Debit/Credit Card is registered?
Your first order has to be delivered to where your Debit/Credit card is registered, or to a business address which may have to be verified before we send any goods out, this is to protect the cardholder and ourselves against fraudulent transactions
