Electromagnetic fire door retainers allow fire doors to be legally held open in high foot traffic areas, reducing touchpoints and allowing access for all.

When connected into a fire alarm system, power to the electromagnet is removed when the alarm is active; closing the fire door via it’s standard mechanism.

• Knockouts included for surface or rear cable entry
• Third party certified to EN1155 as a hold-open device
• Manual release button allows door to be closed without operating fire alarm
