Honeywell Galaxy Flex A081-00-01 GSM GPRS Module ( For Flex Intruder Alarm Panels with Firmware 3.0 and Above)
The GSM GPRS module for Honeywell Galaxy Flex gives installers additional options for alarm signalling communication with an (ARC) alarm receiving centre. The Honeywell A081-00-01 also allows Galaxy’s (RSS)Remote Servicing Suite remotely access the intruder alarm panel.
The GSM/GPRS module is housed directly inside the Galaxy Flex control panel, which helps speed up install time, cuts down on cabling and reduces the number of boxes. The Galaxy Flex module can use the GSM network and GPRS channel to signal to the Alarm Receiving Centre as part of back up or primary communications path, allowing transmission should one of the paths be interfered with by an intruder.
