The Visonic SMD-427 offers installers a cable free wireless safety device thats ideal for domestic or business premises. The SMD-427 security product is a suitable for use with PowerMaster wireless intruder alarm systems. This easy to maintain smoke and heat detector has a greatly increased battery life up to five to eight years with typical use. By detecting accelerated temperature changes in certain areas like attics or kitchens, the Visonic SMD-427 initiates an alarm wnen the temperature reaches 122°F (50°C) and starts rising rapidly.

 The safety detector also delivers exceptional smoke detection sensitivity levels by offering early warning of a developing fire. When smoke is detected the Visonic SMD-427 PG2 issues a transmission with a loud 85dB alarm, making it impossible to miss any event.
